Mixed feedback with administrative concerns offsetting positive clinical outcomes. 3 new reviews this quarter.

I have had an unknown reason causing extreme fatigue over the last 4 years. I googled Functional Medicine, and Insurance. They take most medical insurance, but because I am Tricare, which they are working on trying to become part of the network, I have to pay the cash rate for my visit, but not expensive. Before you even begin to move forward on treatment, they do a ton of blood work and will work with the labs to file the insurance. So far the only out of pocket I have are supplements, which is what I need, and visits. I love this group, they are very knowledgeable, listen, and work hard to get you well, and keep you that way. Jennifer, the NP, is amazing, listens, and cares. I am sooo very happy I found them, and I am moving towards being normal again, not there yet, but have only had 3 visits. Jennifer says it is like peeling off layers of an onion, and they keep peeling until your feeling better. Husband is next.

Beyond good medicine. This is an example of how medicine should be practiced. The difference in the quality of my health and my husband's as well is remarkable. Truly remarkable. We've been going 3 years now and suffered through some of the growing pains, but they are working hard to improve those little hiccups. I would be afraid to go to another conventional practice at this point knowing what I now know about how your life can be improved by simple measures. I highly recommend them to everyone that gives me the opportunity. They've made my life better in every way AND I'm 50 lbs lighter without dieting.

I give them 5 stars even though my time there was short. I started this energy/ detox treatment. It was good for me it gave me energy and whenever I got 1 my pain and muscle cramps were not as bad. The reason I no longer go is they were asking for a over 200 dollar co pay for all patients to pay. This is all good if you could afford this. As you know I could not especially bringing home disability not making close to what I was bringing when I was working.Their company their rules. I'm ending with this if you can pay this out of pocket have it what's it gonna hurt you will start feeling better and no pain. If you cant pay it keep searching someone will beable to help you be a better you.

I'll pass on returning here, not worth dealing with their inept administration. A huge payment headache just for routine blood work. See below: The doctor visit was fine. I went in for a routine check-up and returned for routine blood work. The administrative part has been extremely frustrating. I was first billed over $10,000 for a non-covered service by insurance. $10,000 for blood work...obviously this was a mistake, since the clinic had me fill out the payment form immediately after the blood work. I contacted the clinic office and it was resolved. Now about 6 months later I'm getting bill collectors calling me about fees to the 3rd party lab that handled the blood work processing. Ruan's administration continues to brush me off about this so I'm forced to bite the bullet and likely double-pay for this.
